The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific, no ambiguity in the wording, with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and must represent some amount of work on your part. It doesn’t have to be something you have never done, although most will be, others will just be done again within this time period. For each item I don’t complete I will donate $5 to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.

Why 1001 Days?
Ideally, you create a list of 101 tasks that you want to complete in 1001 days. Many people have created lists in the past – frequently simple challenges such as New Year’s resolutions or a ‘Bucket List’. From what I understand, 1001 days is a more realistic time frame for completing such a lengthy list. It allows for tasks that are specific to a certain season or holiday. And, with a longer time frame, you’re more apt to stick with it.

I am excited to share my progress; I will try to update my blog as I start to cross things off my list. I know I might not blog about every single one of them but I will be sharing with all of you my process because I love to cross things off!
