Sadly, I will not be participating in today's sweepstakes. Not that I am against trampoline's, I strongly believe when supervised and using the trampoline correctly children can have a blast. Honestly, we owned one it the past. But my youngest daughter suffers from Hypermobility Syndrome and one of her "no-no's" is jumping on a trampoline. In case you are new to my blog, let me fill you in on what has been happening during the month of August. Every single day, yes you read that correctly, every single day of this month Purex has been awarding a prize to one of their Facebook fans - over $10,000 in prizes to be exact! The awesome prizes are all listed above...pretty cool, huh? No need to be bummed out if this is your first time hearing about it, there are still plenty of cool prizes to be one.

Personally I am not in need of any baby neccessities, 6 kiddos is enough for me but I do have quite a few Mama-to-Be friends that I would love to share this prize with.

All over the country, yellow school buses are transporting children off to enjoy a new year of school. Has it started in you area yet? Last week my kiddos all headed back to school. The night before their first day I sat drinking my tea looking through some of their old drawings and papers from years past. "They" aren't lying when they say time flies! This year I have two middle schoolers and my youngest started Kindergarten! Yep, all 6 of my little loves are now in school. But to me it seems they were all just born yesterday. 

I am having difficulty coming to terms with the reality that as each day passes I am needed less and less; with every new year they want to spend less time with me and more time with their friends. While I know I should be happy that they can maintain normal socialital relationships, I do miss the days where I was all they needed...all they wanted. 

For years I have always done interviews with my children, so that we  I can look back on these bittersweet times and remember them just as they were. This year I came across this wonderful blog Petite Lemon Blog. This year they created a  free download —  

a Back to School Interview.

My children and I really enjoyed filling out this interview (I had to help the little's) and I am sure this is going to be one of the many papers from their past that I read next year as they once again head back to school.
