-Watching dogs perform high-flying acrobatic shows
-Kids can trick or treat in the hayloft
-Story-telling
-Watching talented dogs do a duck herding demonstration
-Touring the Farms on a tractor-drawn hayride
-Interacting with friendly witches and Checkerboard Charlie, a six-foot-high dog in the Haunted Hayloft.
-Catching the show-stopping magic shows performed by the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
-Grabing a pumpkin for $5 (while supplies last)
-Cow-milking demonstrations
-Adoptable animals
If you bring some dog or cat supplies to donate to local animal shelters, you’ll get a 20% off coupon to one item at the gift shop.
Haunted Hayloft will be held over two weekends, Oct. 18, 19 and 20, and Oct. 25, 26 and 27. Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; and 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays. Haunted Hayloft is free to attend, but there is a $5 per car and $20 per bus parking fee and reservations are required. Call 314-982-3232 to make reservations
It’s not often that Purina Farms is open to the public after school hours, so this is a great time to come out for parents who can’t get away during a weekday!
